Users are required to review the terms and conditions before registering their profiles.

1. By registering the profiles, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of the website. We would like you to review the terms and conditions before becoming a member of the website. Once you become a member, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions and privacy policy throughout the tenure of your free membership or paid membership. Spandana Matrimony reserves rights to revise the terms and conditions and privacy policy suitably from time to time. 

3. Minimum age of Bride and Bridegroom: In accordance with the Indian Marriage Act, individuals must be at least 18 years of age if female and 21 years if male. We request you to ensure that the profile for bride or bridegroom under these age limits is not registered on the website.

4. Following are the rules and regulations for your user account:
-       It is automatically presumed that you are granting the permission and rights to Spandana Matrimony and its members to use the content of your account in manner, including worldwide license to use, copy, perform, display, and distribute such information.
-       By registering an account in Spandana Matrimony website, you are granting permission to Spandana Team to monitor the activity in your account.
-       Spandana Matrimony reserves the rights to modify, or delete any part or all of the content of your profile provided by you before publishing in the website. This we do, keeping the other members' sentiments in mind. We will try and eliminate the content that may be deemed as offensive, illegal, unsafe, irrelevant, and may hurt the sentiments of other Spandana Matrimony Members.
-       You are responsible for the content of your profile irrespective of whoever has created your profile, like your parents, family members, relatives, friends.  You are accountable for the content posted by that individual. We are not obliged/obliged to verify the authenticity and accuracy of the information mentioned in the profile. Spandana  Matrimony may request you to provide any documentary or other form of evidence supporting the content you post on the site. Failure to produce such evidence may result in Spandana Matrimony, at its sole discretion, terminating your Membership without a refund.
-       If you choose to terminate your membership at any time, for any reason, you can do it by selecting  “Delete profile ” request in the profile settings. 
-       Spandana Matrimony reserves the right to terminate your membership with or without assigning any reason. This will be communicated to you through an email mentioned in your profile.  This can happen in case of any breach of terms and conditions. Or in the event of non-activity on the website by the member for a period exceeding 90 days.
-       Complaint by any member in any form, creating nuisance to other members by calling, messaging, email, personally visiting, or harassing by any other means, will lead to termination of your membership.
-       In the event of termination of your membership by either you or Spandana Matrimony, regardless of the reason, you will not be eligible for any refund of unused subscription. However, even after the termination of the membership, all the terms and conditions will continue to remain in effect for ten years from the date of termination or end of the membership period.
-       You are solely responsible for all activities of your account, so it is recommended to maintain the confidentiality of your account and password and to prevent unauthorised usage of your account in any manner.
-       You also explicitly agree that the information you provide is accessible to other users of Spandana Matrimony. Spandana Matrimony neither have any control nor bears any responsibility or accountability if your information is misused, exploited, or abused by any third party.
-       The use of fake photos or images not belonging to the member, as well as any other inaccurate details provided on profiles, is the sole responsibility of the member who created or maintains the profile. Any legal consequences arising from such actions are also the responsibility of the respective member. Spandana Matrimony disclaims liability for any misuse or misrepresentation of information by its members and encourages honesty and authenticity in profile creation.
-       You are allowed to have only one user account / profile per bride/bridegroom. In the event of multiple accounts belonging to a single member, we reserve the right to block or deactivate any such account/profile or all the accounts/profiles.
-       Our system allows you to create only one profile with a combination of one email ID and one mobile number. It means that you can’t create multiple profiles with the same mobile number or email ID.  
-       Spandana Matrimony website is not a dating site; members are supposed to use this site exclusively for matrimonial purposes. We will not encourage nor promote illicit sexual relations or extramarital affairs. If Spandana Matrimony get to know that any member is using this site to promote illicit sexual relationships or extramarital relationships, their membership will be terminated immediately without any refund and any liability to Spandana Matrimony. Spandana Matrimony reserves the rights to terminate such memberships. You are prohibited from sending any messages to other Members that are obscene, lewd, licentious, and defamatory, promote hatred, or are racial or abusive in any manner. Transmission of any such messages shall constitute a breach of this Agreement and such member's account will be deactivated/deleted immediately, considering these activities as illegal.
-       The limitations of use/service for Free and Paid members are outlined in the subscription section of the website. Spandana Matrimony reserves the rights to add or modify the limitations of services for different types of members.

5. Commercial organisations, companies, business establishments, and social groups are not eligible to become members of this site. Spandana Matrimony website and its services are intended solely for the personal use of individual members and may not be utilised for any commercial purposes.

6. We reserve the right to immediately terminate your membership from the Website if we have reason to believe that you are not eligible to use the Website or if you are using the Website for unauthorised/illegal purposes. Or you are using the weblink to link into social media, etc, you may be liable to face legal action from Spandana Matrimony.

7. You are prohibited from sending messages in bulk or sending spam email to advertise, sell or promote religious functions or religious/holy places, etc. You are also prohibited from using the information gathered from Spandana Matrimony to harass, abuse, or harm other members or people connected with other members.

8. You are prohibited from using any automated processes, including IRC Bots, EXEs, CGI, or any other programs/scripts, to view content on or communicate/contact/respond/interact with Spandana Matrimony and/or its members.

9. Entire Spandana Matrimony website comes under copyright and intellectual property rights. It is illegal to copy any contents of Spandana Matrimony website and use it in any manner without prior approval from us.

10. Membership: Spandana Matrimony reserves the right to approve and disapprove, activate and deactivate the user's both free and paid membership at any time. Following is the non-comprehensive list of things the members must agree.·       All registrations on the website are free; they will be converted into paid members upon receipt of payment. Spandana Matrimony is yet to decide on providing paid membership.

·       It is the responsibilty of the members to authenticate the information given by the other members before using or proceeding further with marimonial decisions, as Spandana  Matrimony does not guarantee the authenticity, genuineness of the contents provided by the members. We promote honesty and encourage every member to submit authentic information and facts while creating their account. Members agree not to hold Spandana Matrimony responsible/liable for loss, damage to any individuals in any way due to concealing relevant facts intentionally or unintentionally by the members. This includes damages caused due to incorrectness of information provided by members regarding religion, caste, creed, or any other personal information like salary drawn, employment status, profits made in the business, etc. If a member's profile is deemed unfit, Spandana  Matrimony reserves the right to delete, alter, or refuse the profile at any time without notice. 
·       As Spandana Matrimony is focusing on providing matrimonial services exclusively to the Brahmin community, as on time, we reserve the right to approve or disapprove profiles from other communities, castes, or creeds. This ensures that the platform maintains its intended purpose and serves the needs of its targeted user base effectively, without any intention of discriminating against any other community, caste, creed, or race.
·       Spandana Matrimony does not facilitate or is responsible for connecting the members. You are solely liable for connecting with other members. Spandana Martrimony will not mediate or arbitrate, nor hold any moral or legal responsibility for any disputes between its members. 
·       Members will not have any claim against Spandana Matrimony for any delay in posting/approving the profiles/accounts onto the website due to technical reasons or any other unavoidable reasons.
·       Spandana Matrimony does not guarantee that members will receive responses. Members can't hold Spandana Matrimony responsible for the same. In such cases, we cannot provide refunds or credits. 
·       By registering your profile/account in Spandana Matrimony, you agree to receive certain calls and SMS on your telephone/mobile and messages on emails mentioned in your profiles from Spandana Matrimony and our registered members. These calls may be in connection with the matrimonial services you have sought from Spandana Matrimony. So it is recommended that your mobile is not in DND mode and you will keep checking the spam folders of your mailbox.
·       As a responsible member of Spanadana Matrimony you are obligated to report any misuse or abuse of the site or any violation of this Agreement by anyone. You must promptly report such violations to Spandana Matrimony by phone call or email, etc. Upon receiving such complaints, Spandana Matrimony may investigate the matter and if necessary, may terminate the membership of the Member responsible for such violation without any refund of subscription fees. Any false complaint made by a Member may result in the termination of their membership without any refund of the subscription fee. 
·       SMS/Emails/Messages sent to any members of any gender should be solely to find a marriage alliance legally. Misusing the services of Spandana Matrimony for purposes such as "Dating," "Flirting," or "Friendship" is strictly prohibited. 
·       Spandana Matrimony retains the rights to retain the members data even after termination, cancellation, or change in the type of membership and may or may not be available to the members in any form.

11. Disputes between the members: Members are solely responsible for their interactions with other members of Spandana Matrimony. Spandana Matrimony reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between members.
